Roommate is fabulous- I wish I could stay...
Apartment is furnished, comes with couch, chair, table, chairs. Bedroom comes with desk, dresser, and bed.
All things included except electric (but I've never had to pay over 15 bucks after split with roommate). Comes with: DISHWASHER, FULL STOVE, CABLE, INTERNET, and WATER. Kitchen is not carpeted.
I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease. I am willing to negotiate rent. Any questions? Please contact me.
