Renting:

Why? I have a spare room in my 2 bed, 1 bathroom home that I will be able to rent out starting mid to early January in the Merrillville/Griffith area.

Description: I'm renting on a month to month basis, and will give you at least 30 days notice if I need you to move out at my discretion. My house has a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, central heat, and I intend on putting a new bathtub, new toilet, and new sink in before you move in. I do have a garage but it is typically full with my projects. Please let me know if you have any questions.
