Description: Fast growing, boutique practice looking for an experienced and exceptional dental front office professional.

This is not just a job. We are looking for an individual who will share the passion and vision of the Doctor and strive for continual excellence in their role.
Reports to: Practice Owner/ Doctor
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Required to be on time)
Must Have the following Qualities and Qualifications:

-Self-motivated and willing to be part of an excellent team
-Attention to Detail & Efficient

-Strong PC skills
-Experience with Dentrix preferred
Summary of primary job responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome patients to the practice
-Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
-Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure optimal production for Doctor and hygiene
-Responsible for hygiene recall
-Collection and setup of financial arrangements
-Process and understand dental insurance effectively
-Generate monthly practice performance reports
-Organize and maintain professional appearance of reception area and lobby
