Why? I’ve been in this apartment for 2 years and really don’t want to move! My roommate is graduating and I need to get someone to move into her room. The new lease will be from June 1, 2010-May 30, 2011.

Description: Roommate Wanted for 2BR/2BA at Crowne at Campus Pointe Summer 2010-Spring 2011
Its located on 2235 Forest Avenue- on the corner of 22nd and Forest
I’ve been in this apartment for 2 years and really don’t want to move! My roommate is graduating and I need to get someone to move into her room. The new lease will be from June 1, 2010-May 30, 2011.
The bedroom is unfurnished but the living room and dining room have furniture I have bought. If you have furniture also we can work something out because I have a storage unit in Nashville that I could move some of my furniture too.
The room has a huge walk in closet and its own private bathroom; also it’s a pretty good size bedroom
Hardwood in the kitchen, white appliances, carpet in the living room and the windows to the floor that look out onto the street. Parallel parking on the street right in front of us, but there are also lots around the complex. Washer/Dryer in the apartment—super convenient!
Rent is $550/month and it includes rent, water, cable, wireless internet, parking and all of Crowne’s amenities. – check them out at http://www.crownecampuspointe.com/ we have a huge pool, and really nice clubhouse with a gym and a study room that you can print for free in
The only thing not included in the rent is KUB—which runs us about $30.00/mo per person.
The entire apartment is 981 square feet – it’s the 2BR Classic floor plan you can find it on the website listed above
Close to campus – about a 15 min walk to campus, I don’t really walk to class but my roommate rides her bike-- but we’re convenient to the strip
The $200 security deposit has been paid for, all you need to move in is the $45.00 application fee and its $25.00 for the guarantor application if you have a co-signer
The pet fee has been paid for the apartment- I have a Pomeranian, she gets along with everybody and she is in my room under my bed sleeping most of the time when I’m not home! So, if you have a dog or cat that’s fine
