Looking for a Roommate:

1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom house- $300 plus 1/3 bills for $300.

Why? My fiancee and I just broke up and he moved out leaving my room mate Ashley and I with an extra room. We would prefer a college student (we both attend Lonestar College- Tomball) between the age of 18-24.

Description: You would be paying $300 for rent and then a 3rd of a cable/internet bill, utility bill and electricity bill. We have 5 dogs (one of them is my ex's and he comes over to take care of her *he moved in with our neighbor) so we ask no pets but you must be an animal lover. We do have a backyard and a garage and it's a nice little house. We have a communial living room, kitchen and dining room and you would basically have your own bathroom (my roomie and I share mine but occasionally use the hall bathroom)

My name is Kyle and I just moved to the Spring, TX area last week and in need of a place. I am 20 years old and will be attending Lonestar as well next semester. I have a girlfriend of over a year who would occasionally be by as well if that is not an issue. I work fulltime in The Woodlands and looking for a 2nd job as well, so my third of rent and bills would be covered without a problem.
