Description: WHO: You??? Seeking a responsible female with a stable source of income to be a roomie in a townhome in the heart of Cool Springs! We would prefer someone who is friendly, laid-back, clean, respectful, and doesn't do drugs or drink excessively (or party excessively). We're open to most ages, preferably not much over 32, however...or younger than 21.

WHAT: A pretty big room with a small walk-in closet with carpet that was recently steam-cleaned and lovely pretty brown walls. 3 bed/2.5 bath. You will be sharing the townhome with two other gals: my current roomie and I. We are two young professionals who are fairly clean and pretty laid back. I am in broadcasting and work overnight and my roomie is a preschool teacher. You would be sharing a bathroom with me, but my schedule will never conflict with your's if you have a normal day-time job. We also have two cats: one 2 year old cat who is really really mellow, and a kitten who is super sweet and lovable. NO MORE PETS, please... but if you can tolerate cats or at least be friendly to them, that'd be appreciated. We don't expect you to take care of them. :-)

***Rent.=$350 per month + Utilities (water/sewer/electric/comcast wireless net and dvr cable tv)... never exceeds $450 total.***

WHERE: Our townhome is in the heart of Cool Springs...very close to the highway. PRIME location...right by all shopping. RIGHT BY I-65!

WHEN: Our roomie that is leaving has paid the month of November, and I believe (but have yet to confirm) is leaving here this week...but she has paid the entire month. So, if you become our roomie, you'd be able to move in as early as you like and basically have "free rent" until December, but bills will be due around the end of November.

WHY: Because this is the BEST DEAL in Cool Springs, bar none. Cheap rent... safe neighborhood...friendly roomies that are chill... great location.
