Description: Hello! We are looking for a roommate from December until June, dates flexible, furnishing optional (desk, desk chair, shelfing/cabinets, dresser drawers, desk drawers, nightstand, and full sized futon bed - the lot for $250).
The townhome (La Jolla Vista Townhomes) is 3bd/2.5ba, two-car garage, spacious backyard, two stories. There's a fireplace, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and the unit is equipped with washer/dryer. Two bedrooms upstairs (yours, and another) share a full bathroom with plenty of sink/counter space, and there are three parking spots total as well as convenient street parking (3-min walk away). We are located directly across from Regents Parking Lot of the UCSD campus, (three minute walk from Regents shuttle) between the Genesee I-5 exit and the 805.
Roommates would include two females and a cat. We're quiet, respectful, people looking for the same- we're science majors, busy, rarely home but very friendly :) Guys/girls both welcome to apply.
