It is 325 a month plus the utilities which are never very much. It is a Private Room and like the add says it is the biggest room in the appartment. I am even willling to pay the transer fee. So all you would have to do is put down your deposit, pay your rent, sign the paers and move in. I will be out by the 22st of december at the latest:)
