Description: 3br on first floor of a 2 story home. The place is fully furnished and is available late December or January. The house is located in Bay Park(1 exit from PB). The room is furnished and the utilities are included. We have wireless internet, washer dryer, some private parking, plenty of on street parking. Your roommates would be myself 23/m/law student and Gina 24/f/teacher. Also on the other floor lives a 30/f/nurse. If you would like to meet us and check out the place let me know. House is located on Galveston Street . One person per bedroom only.
