Description: Rooms $425 each. Two rooms in a three bed two bath; both will be available for move in December 1st but I can work with you on a move-in date. I have everything here, all you need to bring is what you are putting in your room. The living room is equipped with surround sound, every game system out, big screen tv and stadium seating; full workout system in the garage and a hot tub in the back and a well equipped security system for the house. These rooms are only available to a clean and responsible tenants(this is no joke). It's also a great place for a serious student. We are on lockdown during the week for studying and school work but we like to do it big on the weekends. We are right in between Blinn and A&M, it take me seven minutes to get to campus in the morning; I park in Lot 63 adjacent to Kyle Field. Come check it out. -joe 210-867-6514
