Description: it is $800 per month and the room is large so you can also share with another person! (then the rent will be $425/month for each person). There is a one time deposit too. It is a house with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. It is clean and the location is really good too (close to RSF) and southside campus!
If you'd like to take a look just let me know! it is better to show you directly than to describe the house..
comcast and PG&E are not included
but furnitures will be available for a very low price so it'll be very convenient for anyone who'd like to move in.
