The apartment is 2bed/2bath right across from the center of the arts on Main St. Everything is included (water, cable, internet) except for electric, but I have never had to pay more than 15 dollars for it (after split with rooomie).The apartment is also furnished- comes with couch, chair, bed, desk, and dresser. The kitchen comes with a lot of cabinet space as well as a FULL STOVE and dishwasher.
My roommate is a female, 22, who is very kind and mostly keeps to herself. She is very sweet and I am sad to be leaving her.
I am willing to negotiate the price.
