-Original hardwood floors from the 1920s!
-LOTS of windows and light
-All of my furniture is antique - and is all negotiable. I will be selling it upon moving for VERY cheap!
-Did I mention it's two blocks from school? Roll out of bed and go!

The photos above include the bathroom, the hallway and niche, the kitchen (check out the wine case with glass display I installed!), views of the kitchen and the massive window in it, and the main room- which I've used solely as a bedroom, but you could also use it as more of a living room area. Don't mind the menacing African masks in the bedroom, I'm an art historian ;)

There is a parking lot for the complex and I generally always have a spot to park. There has only been one time so far this semester when I had to park at a neighboring complex but they don't tow, so its not a problem.

I am extremely interested in your place!! Is it a single studio apartment or are there other rooms that people lease out as well? How can I contact you or come check it out? And it is pet-friendly?
