Description: Just 5min from UCF this house off Lokanotosa has a room open for immediate Rental.

The Room is a decent size(about 10x10) with a 10 foot vaulted ceiling and a window facing the front of the house. Its kind of hard to show the actual dimensions of the room. I can easily arrange a time for you to come see it though. You would be sharing a bathroom with my other roommate.

The room comes unfurnished so you would have to bring your own mattress and other furniture.

The Kitchen and Common areas are furnished. No need to worry about cooking utensils or dishes. There is washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher and room for storage in the Garage. Also a small entertainment center with HBO and the other premium channels is in the main living room.

Rent Includes: Electricity, Water, Internet, and Cable.

I have owned/lived in the house for about 4 years. The neighborhood is quiet with a mix of college students and families.

Myself and my current roommate are your average college students who are also computer/video game geeks. We both tend to keep to ourselves but are sociable. We do request that you be polite, clean up after yourself, and that you are also gay friendly.

I own a pure bred Siberian husky (you can see him in the pictures below).

I am asking $600 a month which includes all utilities. Security Deposit is equal to one month's Rent ($600) and is due when you move in. If you plan on having a pet a deposit fee for the pet would have to be paid (normally about $100). Deposits are refundable less any damages done by you (or your pet). I prefer only small pets like a cat.

If you have any questions at all just email me and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Also just let me know if you would like to see the room and i can setup a time no problem.

The Pictures are of the Front of the House, Main Entry/Common Area, and the rest are of the room with no furniture in it, though as i said its hard to see the actual size of the room from the pictures.
