Why? Philip and I are moving out, looking for someone to take our place, if two people want to take out place, and split rent, that would be okay too.

Description: Rent is $730 + utilities per month, plus a safety deposit of $1,100.
It's in a great location, the apartment complex is literally across the street from UCI, it's next to the University Town Center as well, so you can walk across the parking lot to get to Trader Joe's and ect. It's especially great for students who are attending UCI.
I have attached a picture of the floor plan, and you'll have the room with the wardrobe closet, and linen space.
You will have 5 other awesome roommates, access to a pool, jacuzzi, and laundry area as well.
If you would like to share this room with someone else, we are fine with that as well (so you can split the rent, and it would be $365 per person + utilities and split the deposit).
The roommates study really late sometimes, but your room is far apart from the other room, and it's in a rather secluded area.You will share the bathroom, with one other person.
