Description: Friendly, respectful roommate needed for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment by 12/1/09. Preferably female age 20-30. This complex is relatively new. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom. Digital cable and internet. Utilities not included in rent. Washer and dryer hookups but currently no washer and dryer. Yours are welcome. No laundry facility on complex so I use a laundromat or parents' house. Bedroom not furnished. Your living room furniture is also welcome. Garden tub in bathroom. Balcony with storage. Complex near mall and dining. Just north of Dallas. Message me for more info - I hope to hear from you.
