Why? Got a job in Alabama and had to move so I need someone to take over the lease.

Also, do they allow pets and when does your lease end?

Rent includes water and sewage. The electric and cable bills are split up between the roommates and will cost each roommate about 50-60 total. Lease ends July 30th. They do allow pets, but one of the roommates is allergic to cats. Dogs only under 55lbs.
