Description: I have a 2 Bedroom apartment in the Donnybrook apartment complex, located on East Burke Ave and Knollwood Rd, Towson MD. I am looking for a clean, quiet and responsible roommate (female or male) to rent one of the bedrooms. The other roommate would be a female grad school student.

The apartment is 7 minutes away (walking distance) from Towson University’s campus and 5 minutes away (driving) from the Putty Hill Shopping center (Walmart, Superfresh, Target) and a few restaurants.
Free parking (in the Donnybrook Complex) is 6 minutes away from campus

The apartment has a living room and dining room area that will be shared as well as one bathroom and one kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom to be rented out. You can find all the necessary kitchen appliances; the apartment is clean and stylishly decorated.
