We love our apartment, but we are studying abroad for the spring semester.
-Broadway & College, Best location on the hill , we are in the random house right by the bookstore & right next to Boulder Greens & Freakys tattoo shop -- directly across from campus!
-$700/ bedroom/month, only bill you pay is electric (about $20/person/month) and cable if you want it.
WE ARE WILLING TO NEGOTIATE ON PRICE!!!!
-We are willing to leave the apartment furnished (kitchen table/chairs, shelves, couch, chair, beds, etc) if needed
-Newly remodeled hardwood floors, kitchen, and bathroom
-Washer and dryer!
-We are flexible on dates, you could move inout anytime between December-August but would prefer to move out at the end of December and you would stay until the end of our August 2010 lease.
