Description: Hello,
I've got a great condo on 8th and McKercher and am looking for a roomate to share it with. It comes furnished with insuite laundry, beautifully renovated (granite countertops, laminate flooring, fireplace, balcony), parking stall, and even has a gym unit with new exercise equipment, a raquetball court, pool table and foosball table. The condo is close walking distance to anything you need (mall, grocery store, pharmacy, bus stops, etc).
I'm 26, female, and work full time as an employment counsellor and am looking for someone who is likeminded (easy-going, picks up after themself, non-partier, non-smoker)
