Description: I am looking for a female, preferably a student to take over my lease for my bedroom in a 3 bedroom sunset house. I have two awesome roommates both 21-year-old females who are also in school and working! I will be going to study abroad in January and need someone to take over my lease which will end June 1st, after the original lease is up then the sublease will be finished allowing you to be free to rent the room under your own name :) Located at 23&Noriega, we are close to the 71, 28 Muni and the N Judah street car! Also very close to Safeway, Walgreens, tons of restaurants, hair salons, Bank of America ATM, only a short bus ride from the Golden Gate Park, Haight St, 9th and Irving and Ocean Beach. We also have laundry in the basement and a parking spot all included in the rent.
The roommates are awesome girls who like to party and go out on the weekends but study and work hard during the week. We are 420 friendly. We share water, PGE and garbage with the girls living downstairs making utilities very cheap!
I am looking for a female who is chill, responsible, employed and able to pay rent and utilities on time. There will be a credit check by our landlord!
Security Deposit: $750 (My original deposit will returned to you at the end of the lease)
Move in date January 1st.
