Description: Hi,
My roommate is moving to Asia so we are looking for someone to move in. There is no lease, only a month to month rental agreement. The room will be available anytime from Dec 1st onwards and rent would be pro-rated of course. I have been living here for almost 5 years and have found it wonderful. Apartment was newly remodeled when I first moved in and I have kept it in perfect condition.

-Available room- master bedroom approx. 13 x 13 ft, wide closet, 2 windows and access to the backyard patio. Hardwood floors. Newly remodeled.
-Personal bathroom access within room. I have my own bathroom in the hallway.
-Washer/dryer (free on the 1st floor landing)
-Huge backyard with deck
-Large kitchen with dark wooden cabinets that opens to the living room. No dishwasher fyi but this has never been an issue before. Large windows in the living room so the apartment gets a great deal of light during the day.
- House is fully furnished, room for rent is not. Shared living space I am open to re-decorating as I am no Martha Stewart :)
-Blocks away from Presidio and Golden Gate Park. Tons of great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Buses – 38 (Geary), 1 (California) and 2 (Clement).
