The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place right across from the Center of the Arts on Main St. Water, Cable, Internet all included- electric is the only thing that is not included but I have never had to pay over 15 dollars (and that is after the split with the roomie).
Apartment is also furnished. It comes with a couch and chair for living room, kitchen table and chairs, bed, desk, and dresser in each bedroom.
Kitchen comes with a lot of cabinet space, FULL STOVE, and a DISHWASHER.
My roommate is a girl, 22, who is very kind but mostly keeps to herself. Very easy to get along with and has a heart of gold.
