Description: $289/ mo. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom shared rooms. If not, its a fun ward, you can make friends easily; I've enjoyed living here. Its close to UVU and is also BYU approved. Each room has 2 closets, 2 beds, 2 dressers, and its own balcony (where I put my hammock). Utilities are between $30 and $40 which includes internet which is very fast. Parking is really great because our building is next to the complex's overflow lot (there's always a spot or 10 to choose from).

The Branbury includes: basketball court, volleyball court, racquetball court, year-round swimming pool, hot tub, pool/pingpong, work out room w/ weights and treadmills of sorts, entertainment room w/ large flatscreen tvs and wii, xbox, dvd rentals and popcorn; free cookies, tanning, and a pedicure/manicure/or haircut once a month; Monthly activities (like outdoor movies, and bbqs), and an awesome location right next to the Provo River trail.
