Description: looking for a roommate to start subletting in december/january (dates can be talked about) for a 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment.
rent is 700 plus a bit for internet (heat is included). the lease runs through August 15th, 2010. we will have to talk about how we will work the security deposit.
the apartment is a short walk to the L train and close to the Bedford and Grand areas. You will get your own, snug bedroom with 2 windows and a fire escape. the room also includes a twin bed and dresser. two other ladies live in the apartment with their own bedrooms and you all share a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. it is a happy apartment with low drama and free flowing attitude.
