Description: Heyy this is Max Kim postin' here at Marketplace with a huge 6/3 house that only has 4 people in it! :O

I can rent either the master or regular room.
The rates are 425 or 550 FLAT.

The regular room will be sharing the restroom while the master will have it's own lil everythingggg.

Currently 3 guys and one girl, will take anyone at the moment. We are 10-15 minutes from UCF, possibly 5 if you drive like a demon up Avalon Park Blvd -> Colonial -> S. Tanner-> Lake Pickett -> Tanner -> McCulloch-> Orion -> Gemini.
