Renting:

1 bedroom in a 4 bed/ 2 bath apt. Rent is $379/mth and negotiable for $379.

Why? I'm subleasing my apartment at Riverside Estates because I am studying abroad in Wales next semester. This apartment is a great deal for a single or a group because two of my three other roommates are subleasing as they too are studying abroad. Our remaining roommate is a responsible and quiet graduate student. This apartment is located in Riverside Estates near the University of South Carolina campus. The rent for this apartment is $379 (this price includes utilities!), but I am willing to negotiate that rent down for you if you have a lower price in mind for an apartment. Currently we pay $14 a month extra for cable and internet, and this is with Time Warner and includes a digital cable package with HBO on demand. I am willing to pick up the cable tab too. The apartment is furnished and it is the cheapest apartment that is only five minutes away from campus. Amenities within the apartment include a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove. The bedroom has large closets, a dresser, and a desk built in under the window. Riverside Estates also has a gym, a business center, a game room, a pool, and tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. All of these come free and included in the price!
