It is an adorable one bedroom condo in the Villas at Lakeside community in Oviedo off of Red Bug Lake Rd. It is only 10 minutes from UCF, close to A+ schools, and the Oviedo marketplace/mall. I have found this area to be very quiet and safe. The living room is painted a beautiful lavender color with bold white stripes on an accent wall. Absolutely gorgeous-- must see in person! The bedroom is painted a soothing olive green color. If you would prefer a more neutral color in either/both rooms, I will have it repainted at no additional cost to you. The rent is $649 a month and that includes water. Pets are allowed with no additional deposit required.
