Description: I am looking for someone to move into my first floor, one bedroom one bath condo. I have already paid this month's rent. I can be out asap and you can live here rent free for the rest of November!! It is an adorable one bedroom condo in the Villas at Lakeside community in Oviedo off of Red Bug Lake Rd. It is only 10 minutes from UCF, close to A+ schools, and the Oviedo marketplace/mall. I have found this area to be very quiet and safe. The condo is currently painted in the living room and bedroom, but I would be more than willing to return those rooms to a neutral color if desired! The rent is $649 a month and that includes water. Pets are allowed with no additional deposit required.
