Why? One bedroom in a very nice house is available from the end of December this year (The current tenant is leaving). The room has been cleaned recently and is in good condition. Cleanness will be done again before you move in.

Description: The house is located at 1114 E Covlin St. The bus stop is right in front of the house (for bus route 240 SU-Nob Hill and so forth).
5mins to Manley (where you catch school's bus from south campus to SU; usually bus comes in 5-10minutes) and 15mins walking distance to SU campus.

The room is fully furnitured and the rent is only $320/month, including all utilities!!!
The house is quite, and the room is clean; roommates (two Korean guys, one Japanese guy and a Korean girl) are also nice.
The house has 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances(oven, stove, microwave oven, 2 refrigerators and other cooking stuff, etc.) , and a large dinning room with dinning table and several chairs.

Plus, you could move in from the end of December (after Dec,24th), and start to pay rent from the beginning of January,2010.
In May 2010, you will choose to renew the contract if you are interested. The landlord is a very nice Chinese lady.
The apartment has been cleaned recently and is in good condition. Cleanness will be done again before you move in.
Also, the current tenant of the room will leave the heater, rick cooker, fan, water kettle and other stuff for you (all these are free!!!).
So it is a very good deal for new comers or someone who just want to move into a place where it has everything he needs for living.
In other words, you just move in and don't need to buy anything. It has got all stuff you need.
