Description: 3 bedrooms open in my house for the spring semester, so you could move in and even bring some friends if you wanted. It's on South Hill (Pennsylvania Avenue) and only a 30 second walk from a TCAT stop. It's a 6 bedroom house with larger than average bedrooms, two living rooms, three bathrooms and a huge kitchen. We have a big section of free private parking for the house, free snow removal, washer and dryer, and the house is furnished.


Rent is $425 per month excluding utilities. The three roommates remaining in the house are all IC students. There are two girls and one guy. All of them are really laid-back, social, usually pretty busy with work/projects outside the house.
