Description: Do you enjoy the outdoors? Like looking out your window and seeing green everywhere? Enjoy living in the trees, but like the convenience of being near shopping and restaurants? If you are nodding your head, you will want to take a look at our apartment.
10 Reasons We Love Our Apartment:
1. Heavily wooded landscaping - luxury living in a wood-like setting, very unique for South Florida
2. Borders a protected nature reserve
3. The unit is 20 steps from the hot tub (hot tub is always clean, bright blue, well maintained… not like most places)
4. It is very quiet - no loud cars, screaming kids or motorcycles
5. Parking is never a problem
6. The unit is on the first floor - you don’t have to carry groceries up any stairs! (there is a downside to a ground unit - foot traffic walking by… this doesn’t bother us as we have blinds and plants in the windows that give us privacy but still let in plenty of light. If this would bother you, then the unit isn’t for you)
7. Property is VERY well maintained, pool resembles a luxury resort surrounded by trees
8. Unit has TONS of natural light
9. Huge bedroom with large walk-in closet
10. Great walking paths through the trees - perfect for jogging, walking your dog, or going on a nature-walk
