Description: We have half a house that we need to rent. It's in good shape and is $100.00 a person per week ($400 a month per person) which includes utilities. There are two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and dining/living room. Drinking is ok IF you're of age but smoking is ONLY allowed outside. College students are preferred! Between 8th and 9th on N 4th St.....it's like five blocks from campus and two blocks from a CABS bus stop
