This house was really a great deal for us. We are very sad to leave it but things have come up. The landlord is very nice and helpful. It is through MTR Properties. You can see a picture of the house at mtrproperties.com. The address is 2904 Wood Street.

We painted the whole house when we moved in. (You can paint your bedroom a new color if you'd rather).

Rent is 985/Month. So $328.34 a person if you have three. Deposit is the same. You do have to pay all utilities, but they are very reasonable. (Don't let that steer you away). We havn't paid over $100 extra for all four bills that we have (Mediacom Internet and Cable, Alliant Energy, Ames Utilities, Chitty Trash).

Again, it has been a great place to live and a great neighborhood. Available December 1st (negotiable) and the lease runs out July 31st. You can renew it for longer.
