Ya this is still available. If your not planning on living here during the summer you won't be stuck paying for it. I will make it so you wouldn't pay more than $350 a month total and pick up the difference on what's left.

It is still available, wood street is a block south of lincoln way between state and hyland. 10-15 minutes to campus depending on where you are going
