The room is spacious, has a large built in wardrobe and lovely views over the cricket ground. There is lots of storage space in the flat. There is a shared shower room/toilet next to the bedroom, and the other bedroom is ensuite - so its almost like your own private bathroom! There is loads of space for a 2 bed flat! Large living room with great views, a gas fire, and even a fire escape 'balcony!' Modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious communal areas. Sharing with an easy going, female professional in early 30s. Deposit of £575 required. Bills £110 approx a month. The flat is let through Leaders, but the landlord is very helpful and hands on.
I have loved living here for 2 years, it is a gorgeous flat, must be viewed! Due to size of flat if you have furniture there is plenty of room! The flat is located right by the number 7 bus stop (10mins into Brighton), 10 min walk to Hove station, 20min walk to Brighton station, 5 mins walk to Church Rd with an array of bars,pubs, restaurants and shops. 10 mins walk (max) to the seafront, 10mins walk to George St shops in Hove and big Tescos. The flat is on a beautiful tree lined road.
