The flat itself is spacious - there is a separate large lounge and good sized kitchen, and also off-road and resident parking .

The room is a double and very bright - it is furnished with a double bed and double fitted wardrobe as well as a newish chest of drawers. Painted in light turquoise and bright and sunny. The pictures do not do the flat justice, size wise and aesthetically, so please come and view!

Perfect location, 4 minute walk to Ealing Common tube on district and piccadilly line, 4 min walk to North Ealing (on other branch of pic line) 9 min walk to Ealing Broadway on Central Line and mainline railway.

There is a 24hr Tesco Express about 10 mins walk away. . Very close to Ealing Broadway shopping centre and plenty of parks. Night buses pass nearby.

To share with one friendly female professional - ideally looking for someone from about 22 to 37, working full time and sociable. Would suit someone with their own social life but happy to chill or hang out sometimes with flat mates.

Block is privately owned and is very nice, low rise It is a ground floor flat and is very safe.
