Need a Female Subleaser! Only $349/month for $349.

Why? I need a subleaser for the begining of this coming January. This is because I need to get out of my lease early. It is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. There are three other girls. The apartment is called College Grove and is right across from the MTSU campus. It is already furnished, all utilities, internet, and cable are included. The normal rate for College Grove is $389/month but since this is my second year here, I get the discount rate of only $349/month , so if you take my lease over then you will get the discount rate as well.
