Why? I'm needing to get out of my lease - this is my option besides paying it out til May! Circumstances are requiring my move.

Description: 595/month includes heat/Air Conditioning/water/ gas. Only cost is electric - mine runs about 24 a month. Pet friendly. I love this complex - maintanence very timely (only need was for a stuck lock!) and apartment includes dishwasher and disposal, full bath, lots of closet space! Very quiet neighborhood - Dierker Rd between Bethel and Henderson area - Columbus schools, 5 minutes from 315, 10 from OSU campus. Very close to 2 Kroger's, Wal-Mart, movies, and dining.

Is there the option of renewing the lease? What is the date it's available from?

The lease would be a new 12 month lease. It is available from date of application approval (give or take a few days for me to get my stuff out! :) )
