what is the rent for the 4.5? Washer /dryer outlet? Thanks

Our 4.5's start at $650 heat, hot water & 1 exterior parking included. There are laundry facilities in the building that work on the "Smart City" system (which is like a debit card that you recharge if you're unfamiliar). Our apartments don't normally have washer/dryer entries, however, there are 2 left that do! They won't stay long though... For more info or to scehdule a visit please contact our rental office Mon-Fri 11am-7pm, Sat. 10am-5pm & Sun. 12pm-5pm at: 514-978-RENT (or 7368). Have a good weekend! :)
