Message me if you would like to come take a look! You would get the biggest bedroom in the house. You may use the comfy king size bed, tv, and dressers in the pictures if you'd like as I am moving and can't take them with me. Not far from campus, but you can have my parking pass if you need one!

are you just leasing out one bedroom or the entire place, and what if any of the utilities does the rent price include?

I am just renting out my bedroom, but my roomate is probably moving out also so there would be 2 of the 4 rooms available. The utilities are around 30 dollars a month, and they include electricty, water, and gas. Everything else like cable, internet, and trash are taken care of by the landlord. I am out of town but could send you some pictures when I get back if you'd like!

Ok thank you for the information but im looking for a 2 or more bedroom house to rent all of, i have 3 large dogs and want a bigger place for them so they and me too aren't as crowded as we are in my one bedroom duplex right now lol but thank you again
