Description: -The new tenant must be an enrolled UCSD graduate or professional student and fulfill the university housing's requirments of eligibility.
-Must absolutely refrain from smoking in the shared areas, be able to live with a friendly short-haired cat and an Asian roommate with conventional Asian cooking preferences.
-I spend about half of the daytime at home, mainly on studying and writing. Prefer quiet evening for most weekdays. As a roommate, I'm laidback, friendly, and responsible.
