Small decurity deposit required at move in and short term lease/month to month is okay. If you move in before 11/15 I will cut you a deal on the first months rent...House is a great deal and the current tenants are really cool

My gf and I are moving back to ILM this coming May for good. Will be looking for a place to rent! Hopefully you can get rid of by then. If not, prob be very interested! Hell and I have already seen it and partied there!

You know Charlie damn its been a while where are you at right now, still California? I am in Atlanta and will be around the Dubtown sometime over the holidays. Mountaineers didnt get it done last night man...well if its available then it will have your name on it..
