Description: I am a 3rd year student at UC Berkeley, and I'm looking to move to an apartment that's closer to the other side of campus.

This room is part of a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. You'd be living with 3 other girls who are clean and rarely home. They're super friendly! They like to throw parties once in awhile and are down for you to throw your own parties or have your boyfriend/girlfriend over if you like. You'll be sharing the bathroom with only one other girl.
There's a living room too. Laundry machines are on-site.
The kitchen is amazing and spacious! I love it very much and am sad to leave it.
You'd be paying utilities and internet, but it's split among 4 people, so it's usually under $20.
You could start renting as early as after finals (Dec. 19), but the sublet is for the spring semester until June. After the sublet, you can stay on in the apartment for the summer or for the rest of your college career!
If this sounds like a good fit, send me an email! I could either leave my furniture in there (a bed, desk, bookcase, coffee table) or take it with me. It depends on if you need it.

You are also welcome to have a roommate and thus split the rent between two people.

This is a really good deal, considering that it's your own room and you're only sharing a bathroom with one other person, plus utilities and internet are split among 4 people.
