Why? My husband and I bought a house but still have a lease on our apartment until April. We're looking for someone to sign a new, 1-year lease with the manager of the apartments to release us from our obligation. This is not a sublet. Contact us for more info, pictures, and/or a tour. -small galley kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove (no microwave)
-spacious living room/dining area with a coat closet
-keypad coded entry to building that has 2 floors with a total of 8 apartments
-located right behind Westmoreland Mall
-laundry room in the building with 1 washer, 1 dryer--$1 (4 quarters) per load in each machine
-there is "quiet time" after 10pm--basically try to be quiet arriving/leaving and keep music/TV volume to a reasonable level
-no motorcycles

-basic Comcast cable in living room and both bedrooms (we upgraded to digital in the living room for $17/month)

Other Costs:
-electric bill is through Allegheny Power, which is the renter's responsibility--this includes heat and ac (usually around $50/month with the computer/TV/AC on most of the time but we haven't had to turn the heat on yet, so it will be less expensive in the winter)
