1 bedroom in a 3 bdrm apt on the Brighton/Brookline line for $660.

Why? Our roommate moved out to be closer to her boyfriend so we need someone awesome in a hurry!

Description: our rommate moved out, which is bad for us but great for you!
who: two fun, beer/wine drinking, dancing, reading obsessed, sometimes trashy tv watching Red Sox fans, and two awesome cats that mostly act like dogs
what: a large bedroom with decorative fireplace, balcony, a large closet, and hardwood floors.
when: preferably November 1st, though it's somewhat negotiable due to the last minute nature of it all
how much: $660 per month for rent (heat and hot water included), plus usually about $80 per month for utilities (gas, electric, cable, wireless internet, and DVR (!)
why: because you're awesome and homeless, and you want to come live in Brighton, or you know someone who does who is equally awesome
