Completely renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with all new huge oak eat-in-kitchen and ceramic tiled bath, large bedrooms with large closets, all freshly painted in rich, artful colors, with gleaming refinished hardwood floors throughout. New thermal windows, plumbing and high efficiency heating. House is insulated and has a state-of-the-art fire alarm system. There is storage and laundry in well lit basement and you will have the reserved parking on premises. Utilities are not included in rent, and are super cheap. Last tenants reported their largest gas bill in the coldest months of winter did not exceed $100 for heat, hot water and gas and that gets split 3 ways! NO SMOKING please!!!

I am a young professional working as an intern at the state house. Keri goes to RIC and also works 2 jobs. We are clean, responsible, respectful and friendly and looking for 1 roommate with the same qualities, preferably FEMALE. The apartment is great and the landlord is nice and responsible and anything else you need to know, feel free to ask.

House is well insulated, all systems are new, utility costs are not included in rent. Utilities are super cheap. AVAILABLE NOW! The house is NON-SMOKING, PET FRIENDLY, and has NO more Parking Available.
