FLAT:
We occupy the upper level in a terrace house just off Harringey Green Lanes.
The flat and the room is fully furnished, with a double bed and linen, Ikea wardrobe, drawer chest, desk, wireless broadband and closet. The flat has a fully fitted modern kitchen with cooker, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and cooking utensils.There is a seperate toilet plus a clean bathroom with toilet and shower/bath.
LOCATION:
The flat is in the ideal location, as Green Lanes is full of Off-license shops/groceries and restaurants. The flat is a 5 minute walk from all you need: shopping centre with a large Sainsbury's, Fitness First, Superdrug and more. Also close to Barclays Bank, Harringey Green Lanes overground rail station and local amenities such as doctor, dentist and pharmacy all on the main road. Perfect public transport connection to the West End, Shoreditch and Angel (bus routes 29, 141, 341 and night bus N29) and 5 minutes to Manor House Tube station, 10 minutes to Turnpike Lane station, both on the Piccadilly line.

Single room with double bed available for one person
£325 per calender month NOT INCLUDING bills.
We have worked out on average that the total rent inclusive of bills is £375-380 pcm which is a great deal for what you get!
