Description: Our house is on Frederick Street, Loughborough. A 5minute cycle from campus by bike, and 2minutes from sainsburys. It's a great house and was refurbished this summer with a new bathroom and kitchen put in.

Included in the price of £70 pw is a single room, a work room and a walk in wardrobe. there is also a large basement (which we currently don't use) which is a great work area.

Living in the house would be 2 boys, 2 girls and yourself, studying Sports Science, Chemistry and Art. Interests include sport, going out, cooking, fashion and music.

we're looking for someone interesting, sociable, original and fun.
