The house is very spacious with a large lounge, bathroom (with shower and bath), kitchen and a roof terrace with a great view over the park. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, broadband, etc.
The house is in a quiet side road, with a newsagents and supermarket just round the corner, and Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill stations both within a 10 minute walk.
